Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days after dispatch. Some take longer depending on destination and customs clearance. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us and we'll investigate or refund you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There's no minimum spend.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first scan — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and a number of other countries. You'll see whether we deliver to your address at checkout.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges aren't included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.

Incorrect addresses

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. If you spot a mistake in your address, email us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
